In the unfortunate event that a WRAPPING KIT has been damaged through the delivery process, please contact WRAPPING KIT to organise for the WRAPPING KIT to be returned and a replacement organised.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
If you wish to cancel your order please contact WRAPPING KIT/GIFT KITS immediately at email@example.com . Once payment for an order has been accepted, cancellation is at the discretion of WRAPPING KIT.
30 days refund, 100% guarantee. In the event you purchased the wrong size or colour Wrapping Kit and it does not fit your gift, WRAPPING KIT will happily exchange or provide a refund. The item/items must be returned without damage at the customer's postal expense. Should the item/items be damaged a refund will not occur.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform WRAPPING KIT if a WRAPPING KIT/S has not been delivered. Upon notification,WRAPPING KIT will investigate and ensure that the WRAPPING KIT/S is delivered and received.
Refunds will not be given for late delivery outside our stipulated delivery time-frame. We will not be held liable for late delivery outside of our stated delivery commitment.
In the unfortunate event that a WRAPPING KIT/S has been damaged through the delivery process, WRAPPING KIT/S will happily replace the WRAPPING KIT with no issue. Email WRAPPING KIT at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damaged goods at the date of delivery for WRAPPING KIT to assess and organise a replacement WRAPPING KIT/S or for the damaged items to be resent. We reserve the right to request images of the damage to the WRAPPING KIT.
In the event that you would not like a replacement WRAPPING KIT/S or replacement of the damaged items, we will refund the credit card used to place the order for the value of the total transaction or the value of the damaged items.
