AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING TERMS
EXPRESS SHIPPING
(Currently Aus post will ship 3-5 Business days Aus wide)
DELIVERY TIME WITHIN AUSTRALIA ONLY
Business days do not include weekends or national public holidays. Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Due to Covid please allow 5 - 10 business day delivery time once order has been shipped. Please note during these uncertain times shipping is dependant on the courier and location.
Next business day delivery within the express post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas). Regional areas outside the express post network may be 2-5 days. (there will be delays due to the holiday season).

STANDARD INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Business days do not include weekends or national public holidays.
All other International shipping services that have a Up to 7 - 10 business day delivery time once the order has been shipped (shipping time varies per destination). Please note that this does not include customs processing delays.
We use Registered International Services for all other countries. Registered International offers tracking services for certain countries only.
All international orders shipped via Registered International Mail require a signature upon delivery. In the event that an attempted delivery is made, you will be required to collect your item at your local post office.
EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Express International Shipping also generally takes up to 3-4 business days to arrive once shipped. Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame and delays may occur.
All Express international orders are sent with a cost of a flat rate per order. (Rate varies depending on locations).
The customer will be responsible for any customs or import charges. You will be emailed a tracking number on dispatch. In an event of custom clearance delays, we are not responsible.
SHIPPING POLICY
TERMS
By placing an order at WRAPPING KIT, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to WRAPPING KIT. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
DELIVERY DETAILS - WRONG ADDRESS
Please note if you supply us with an incorrect address and the goods have been despatched this is not our responsibility. We will do everything in our power to stop the delivery and redeliver the WRAPPING KIT/S to the correct address.
A delivery fee will be charged should the courier company charge us. We require correct name, surname, street address, postcode and state. If a driver feels the WRAPPING KIT/S is not safe to leave unattended he will leave a calling card and take the goods back to base.
DISPATCH OF AN ORDER
WRAPPING KIT/S will communicate the dispatch of an order with you via email. Your order can be tracked using the link in the email or via the shipment tab in your online account.
ITEM SUBSTITUTION
WRAPPING KIT/S reserves the right to substitute products that may be unavailable, out of stock or not suitable for use. We guarantee that the replacement item will be of an equal or greater quality and the cost to the original item.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
WRAPPING KIT aims to delver your WRAPPING KIT quickly and efficiently and always endeavour to deliver your WRAPPING KIT/GIFT KIT/S as close to your requested delivery date as possible. If your order is not delivered on your requested delivery date, we are unable to cancel your order or credit your transaction.

All of our WRAPPING KIT are delivered with a reliable and efficient courier service.
All WRAPPING KIT deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm Sydney time. We are unable to deliver on Weekends or Public Holidays.
COST OF DELIVERY
The cost of shipping is not included in the cost of your WRAPPING KIT.
STANDARD DELIVERY
Standard shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping destination, weight and size of the WRAPPING KIT selected.
The days quoted are business days. "Dispatch" days are business days Monday to Friday. Orders received before 3:00pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched that day. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
